Job summary:




The HR Systems & Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and optimising the systems owned by the People team, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity and security of employee and candidate data. The role holder will support the People team by generating reports, analysing workforce data, and providing technical support the for People team systems. This role contributes to data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics.

Job Accountabilities:



Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), enduring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations Generate regular and ad hoc people related reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics) for stakeholders including the People Business Partners and various business committees and boards Act as a liaison between the People team, IT, and external vendors to enhance the user experience of People team systems Identify opportunities to streamline People team processes through automation, integrations and system enhancements Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features Support People team projects using system upgrades, data migrations and process improvements Be the subject matter expert for the People systems and share this knowledge, training and supporting People team members and other stakeholders Assist with the development and documentation of system procedures and user guides

Required experience



Experience with HRIS platforms (desirably Sage) and analytics Understanding of People team processes and data compliance regulations Experience of working in People team for a multi-jurisdictional business

Required skills



Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) Strong analytical skills Accuracy and attention to detail Proven interpersonal skills for developing relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders Excellent communication skills and ability to impart knowledge to others Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is desirable
