EssilorLuxottica are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Systems Intern

to join our Human Resources team supporting the Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban, and Oakley estate. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR systems, time & attendance processes, and general HR operations across multiple countries including the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark.

You'll be based in our High Street Kensington office on a hybrid basis. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a transferable degree (e.g., HR, Business, IT). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel - especially pivot tables, PowerPoint). Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Understanding of HR principles and practices (preferred). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR systems (SAP Time & Attendance) across multiple regions. Assist with troubleshooting system queries and supporting time & attendance processes. Help maintain accurate employee data and support joiner/mover/leaver processes. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Finance teams on system-related tasks. Contribute to training materials and sessions for system users. Assist with reporting and data analysis to support business decisions. Work with international developers to ensure data compliance. Support post-go-live system configurations and HR service invoice registration.
