We are looking for a Team Leader to work in our busy and challenging HR environment on a fixed term basis.

ain Duties and Responsibilities
As Team Leader you will manage the work of the HR Recruitment Salaried team ensuring customer- focused, timely and accurate recruitment processes are delivered in full compliance with UH policies and requirements and UK legislation and government agencies including those regulations for areas such as the Home Office for UKVI and DBS, HM Revenues and Customs and the Pensions Regulator.
Skills and Experience
You will have substantial HR administrative experience ideally in recruitment within a HEI, supervisory and proven teamwork experience and evidence of experience of managing a fast-paced recruitment function. You will have proven organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to reconcile conflicting demands and to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Demonstrable IT skills including proficiency in the use of databases, spreadsheets and word-processing packages are essential in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work collegiately to support customer needs.
Qualifications Required
You will have a degree (or equivalent level 6 qualification), or higher qualification, or significant proven professional work experience.
