Role and responsibilities
Due to continued growth the business is looking for an HR & Training Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment: post jobs, screen CVs, arrange interviews.
Manage onboarding, apprenticeships, and employee inductions.
Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
Draft and assist with HR correspondence, ensuring legal compliance.
Support managers on employee lifecycle processes (starters, leavers, changes).
Ensure HR systems and spreadsheets are accurately maintained.
Assist with compliance tasks (GDPR, right-to-work checks).
Skills and experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Has been in an administrative role for at least 2 years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with HR systems (HRIS or ATS) desirable.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
