The HR & Training Manager is responsible for the implementation of the organisation's HR strategy, alongside the Head of HR & Estates. This role will manage all HR services, policies and programs to meet the needs of workforce management across the organisation. The role is key in managing organisation culture and change effectively, developing and implementing any identified HR and training projects.
This role requires:
CIPD qualification/registration or equivalent experience
Management qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience
Experience in HR management including training and development
