Your Role and Responsibilities




The User Adoption Lead is an insights-driven role that looks for innovation and improvement opportunities in user interaction and adoption of processes, data and technology. The role is accountable for gathering and reviewing user feedback, analyzing data points and dashboard, and collecting market insights and trends to formulate recommendations to the HR Experience Organization to enhance and drive user adoption. Additionally, the User Adoption Lead will be involved in design and implementation of the user support tools.


Work model: Hybrid (#LI hybrid)


Location is flexible, while the role holder is expected to work/collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we'll choose the most qualified candidate for the role.



You will be mainly accountable for:



Assessing customer satisfaction NPS and overall people experience. Gathering and reviewing user feedback to identify and provide recommendations for areas of improvement for technology and processes to enhance satisfaction and adoption levels. Creating and utilizing dashboards to identify usage levels of tools/systems and providing recommendations to Application Owners and/or Vendor Managers to improve utilization. Reporting to stakeholders on the adoption levels and action plans to enhance it. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the relevant process. Building a network across the industry and scanning the market in a search of user interaction and adoption best practices, lessons learned and trends which could be applied to ABB. Maintaining and coordinating the build of the user support tools (WalkMe, Workday People Experience suite, etc.) and user interaction interfaces (Workday home page, Messaging, etc.) in line with the latest market trends and business requirements.

Qualifications for the Role



Passion for creating a great user experience. Good understanding of Workday as a system and its user-facing functionalities. Proven expertise in user adoption best practices (approx. 3-6 years). Ability to analyze data and derive insights and use them for storytelling and building user-centric strategies and recommendations. Experience with AI tools, eye for innovation and curiosity around the market trends. Knowledge of and experience with WalkMe will be an asset. Strong stakeholder engagement. Experience in building communities and establishing channels to gather feedback and listen to the voice of the customer. Knowledge of measurement techniques and tools. Experience with NPS or equivalent methods of performance tracking.
