Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Assistant to support our human resources, recruitment, payroll and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of HR-related tasks, office administration, and daily clerical duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and participating in interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly filed. Monitor employee attendance tracking and support managers in leave management. Support the administration of employee benefits, employee attendance, paid time off, and other company benefits. Conduct HR orientation sessions and support employee training and development initiatives. Prepare and process payroll using company software. Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, disciplinary letters, and other employee-related documents. Participate in organising and planning employee engagement activities and events. Be the first line for answering employee queries promptly and accurately. Manage student placements and co-ordinate with the local university to promote the company at events such as Career fairs.
Admin Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment. Assist in managing office budgets, petty cash, and procurement of supplies. Ensure the office is well-maintained, organised, and secure. Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary. Support in maintaining legal compliance documents related to office operations and HR. Assist in managing some data entry and checking patient's data has been accurately inputted to our system.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR or Admin Assistant or a similar administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
