Position: HRBP Specialist
Location: [Uxbridge, London]
Reports to: HR Manager
BYD UK is seeking a HRBP Specialist to support our rapidly expanding passenger vehicle business team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & On-boarding

- Assist in hiring process and new employee on-boarding
- Support employee off-boarding procedures * Training & Development

• - Help organize training sessions

• HR Administration

- Support HR budget and report preparation
- Maintain employee records

• Position Management

-Assist with internal job transfer and promotions

• Team Atmosphere Building

- Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Organize team building activities
- Support the creation of a strong company culture

• Performance Management

- Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems

• General HR Support

- Provide administrative assistance to HR team
- Contribute to HR process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 year of experience in similar HR role
- Knowledge of UK employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- CIPD qualification preferred
