Central England Healthcare Limited is a nursing care provider, currently operating 6 nursing homes within the West Midlands. The Company is expanding its operations and is now looking to recruit a Human Resources/Business Support Manager to manage a team of 6 Office Managers, a Business Support Assistant and 5 Administrative Assistants based in the company's nursing homes spread across the West Midlands.
We are looking for a BA graduate, preferably in Law or English or qualifications in Human Resources/Administration, with substantial experience in marketing, staff recruitment & management and health & safety. Advanced IT skills are essential. Knowledge and experience of digital HR software is preferable.
