About the role


We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our people operations team. You will focus on the HCM module of Workday. You will balance daily tasks with project work as part of a small central team. You will be the main contact for HCM, making sure the system is used well. This includes updating, setting up, improving, and sharing your system knowledge with the HR department and other business groups. You will also analyze data to ensure the system records metrics correctly, keep information secure, test updates, and make processes more

How you embrace curiosity daily



Translate business needs into Workday HCM module updates. Act as a Workday expert for HCM transactions and business process configuration. Help the HR team and managers use the Absence and Time Tracking modules. Support HR and users by troubleshooting and solving system issues quickly. Keep up with tenant setup, data updates, and reporting. Review requirements and assess impacts to support the Change team. Maintain data integrity for absence and time tracking records.

How you make your mark



Address department and user needs and requirements. Suggest system changes and new applications based on available options. Make sure Workday processes are documented and follow HR policies and regulations. Train users on new Workday processes or improvements. Provide technical support for HRIS, including solving problems and suggesting solutions. Recommend ways to improve processes, customer service, and system use. Lead the review, testing, and implementation of Workday HCM system upgrades.

What you bring to the team



At least 1 to 3 years as a HRIS Analyst specialising in Workday HCM. Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and compliance. Knowledge of gathering requirements, project management, and HRIS development. Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions. Skill in Workday's reporting and analytics tools. Ability to handle many tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Experience with data auditing. Understanding of GDPR standards. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

What sets you apart



Experience with other Workday modules like Reporting, Recruitment, or Compensation. Workday Certification or Workday Pro certifications. Qualification in project management.
