Job Description

Description

We are looking for an innovative, hands-on HRIS Lead to join our People team. You'll be the subject matter expert and owner of our core People systems - HiBob and Pinpoint - whilst playing a key role in supporting other integrated technology change programmes.

This is a critical role within the team: you'll be configuring workflows, assessing change requests, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our systems are not only well maintained but are continuously evolving to support our employees and business needs through new features and automations. You'll also help shape our HR technology roadmap, driving improvements and creating a seamless, user-friendly experience for employees and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of our HR systems, acting as the primary administrator for HiBob and Pinpoint, as well as future HR systems we may introduce. Provide day-to-day support to employees, managers, and the People team, answering questions, triaging change requests, troubleshooting issues and partnering with vendors to resolve problems. Maintain system accuracy, security, and compliance, ensuring our platforms act as the single, trusted source of people data. Proactively configure and update workflows, permissions, automations and integrations to reflect evolving business and People team needs. Lead the review, testing, and implementation of upgrades, patches, and new features, ensuring smooth adoption across the business. Build and maintain a HR technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, and increase efficiency. Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making across HR and leadership teams. Develop user-friendly guidance, documentation, and training to empower employees and managers to get the most out of our systems as efficiently as possible. Coach and upskill the HR Operations team to strengthen system expertise and embed best practice.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Proven technical experience in HRIS system administration (HiBob highly desirable preferably including UK Payroll). Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and experience configuring ATS systems from career site, LinkedIn and assessment tech integrations through interview self-scheduling and automated contract generation and e-sign. Strong technical and analytical skills with a detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset. Experience configuring complex workflows, building reports, and managing data integrity. Able to balance hands-on operational work with strategic forward planning and cross-functional process improvement. Clear and confident communicator, capable of working with HR leaders, managers, and employees at all levels across various functions. Passionate about leveraging technology to improve employee experience and HR processes.
