We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role will provide essential support to ensure the efficient day to day operation of the Haulage, Storage and Distribution department. This role encompasses a variety of admin tasks, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Maintain accurate records through data entry using SAP
Handle correspondence via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist with invoicing, updating sales and purchase orders daily
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (word and excel).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of SAP or ERP software is a plus.
Previous experience in Haulage, building materials or construction industry is advantageous.
