As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HSE Lead Advisor who's passionate about driving a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations.
What you'll do...
Lead, develop, and embed our health, safety and environment strategies Support our teams across multiple sites and workshop facilities Deliver hands-on advice, audits, risk assessments, and training Champion a proactive safety culture from the ground up Keep us fully compliant with UK legislation and best practices
What you'll bring....
Proven experience in HSE leadership, ideally manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy engineering NEBOSH Certificate (or higher) and strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to engage all levels Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
