We are looking for a dynamic and driven Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) Manager to lead the HSQE support to the demolition and enabling works division.
The Manager will be responsible and accountable to the HSQE Director to deliver the health, safety, quality and environmental targets and objectives of the Collard Group to the division. Working within a supportive HSQE team built around creating a positive health and safety culture across the business.
The role will be centred from the office in Eversley (Hampshire), covering sites and projects predominantly in the south of UK but may require UK wide travel.

We are seeking an HSEQ Manager with Demolition experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across various industries. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and support our clients in achieving their health and safety goals.
Responsibilities
Supporting the HSQE Director in delivering HSQE support and strategy to the Collard Group.
Provision of HSQE support to Group activities including recycling, waste, aggregate and support functions as required.
Act as lead HSQE support to the Demolition and Contracting business
Provision of technical and specialist advice, guidance and assurance for the implementation of the Construction, Design and Management regulations as applicable.
Support the tender, planning, pre commencement and mobilisation stages.
Support and drive the demolition and contracting management team, risk management process.
Review of project construction phase plans (CPP), risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
Attending and supporting management, site and client meetings as required.
Reviewing construction / demolition activities including pre and post mobilisation to identify continual improvement.
Requirements
Relevant construction industry experience (Demolition Contractor and / or Strong Civil Engineering experience desirable) with sound technical knowledge of the CDM Regulations and experience as a principal contractor.
Waste management or transfer station experience is desirable
Hold a minimum qualification of NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Diploma or NVQ level 6 desirable) and IOSH membership (with preference for CMIOSH or working towards)
Preference for CSCS Card (CCDO desirable) holder, Temporary Works Experience (TWC desirable), Lifting Appointed Person (desirable)
Asbestos removal experience is desirable
