To assist the Interim HSQE Manager - HVAC in health, safety, quality and environmental tasks.
Key tasks
Key Responsibilities of the Post
Ensure professional administrative support is provided to the Interim HSQE Manager - HVAC
Pro-actively support the HSQE team to achieve all HSQE objectives.
Assist with the development of improvement campaigns/plans.
Use management information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data and manage and distribute information within the HSQE department and operating units.
Ensure divisional training needs and requirements are maintained accordingly.
Ensure divisional accreditations are maintained and updated accordingly.
Manage and maintain tool & equipment calibration requirements within the division.
Support the Interim HSQE Manager - HVAC in the delivery of month end reports and management of diaries as required.
Future Responsibilities of the Post after development
Answer HSQE initial inbox queries and escalate queries as appropriate.
Support the development of the HSQE IMS to ISO 45001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
