The Supporting Families partnership led by Barnardo's are commissioned by Bradford Children and Families Trust, to deliver a key worker service for families living in Bradford & District that meet the national

The role of the HUB Coordinator (admin) is to support the contract lead in the co-ordination of the key worker provision through case allocation, contract compliance including finance monitoring and processing, data management, service quality and reporting.



This role needs someone who is experienced, well organised and who pays close attention to detail to support a fast paced and busy Hub team. You will be working as part of a team ensuring that there is support for managers across the week. The ability to work effectively in partnership with multiple delivery partners and the local authority is essential to this role.





The work of this Programme will be conducted from offices at Bradford Listerhills Services, and on an outreach basis in meeting with partners.
