This role sits at the centre of PDG's customer and commercial activity. The CRM environment underpins how we engage with clients and helps inform the direction of our future strategy. The successful post holder will support the daily running of HubSpot through the management of data, refinement of workflows, and provision of insight to colleagues. It offers a strong foundation for a graduate seeking practical experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, and data-led decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management
Manage, segment, and maintain HubSpot customer data, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
Regularly upload, review, and process leads and other incoming data regularly.
Carry out routine data quality checks.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on key CRM metrics, campaign performance, and product-level insights.
Create monthly and ad-hoc reports that help guide sales and marketing decisions.
CRM Automation & Maintenance
Maintain and troubleshoot HubSpot existing workflows and sequences.
Assist in updating workflows for new campaigns, products, or events.
Standardise templates and monitor automation performance.
Assist in creating new workflows and sequences to support effective sales and customer journeys.
Marketing Campaign Support
Support the scheduling and delivery of targeted, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
Assist in building segmentation lists, reporting, and providing performance insights.
Contribute to capturing learnings to inform future activity.
Task & Project Coordination
Assist colleagues with HubSpot usage and troubleshooting, offering guidance on routine queries.
Track team tasks, ensuring alignment across projects and timelines.
Update documentation, so processes remain clear and consistent.
Governance & Compliance
Support adherence to GDPR requirements, including consent management and appropriate handling of customer data.
Help maintain audit trails and ensure records reflect current compliance expectations.
Growth & Development
Opportunity to develop expertise in, for example, campaign analytics.
Exposure to cross-team collaboration with marketing and sales.
Progression towards taking ownership of specific CRM processes or dashboards as experience increases.
Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills
Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of B2B marketing.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
