Yotspot is the industry leading jobs board specialising in the recruitment of crew for some of the worlds largest and most prestigious superyachts. Yotspot has an excellent reputation already, but you will be joining at an incredibly exciting time for the next stage of our business growth.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for maximising our investment in Hubspot, utilising our data and to convert, retain and develop relationships our database of clients. This role is a vial part of our marketing strategy to reach our clients, targeting them at the right time and increasing the value our database provides.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage our Hubspot strategy, identifying target areas, frequency and setting KPIs Develop our prospect and lead management architecture Own the implementation of our Hubspot activity including data management, workflows, email campaigns, reporting dashboards Monitor, analyse and report on campaign results against KPIs, reporting to the Directors on success of campaigns Assist the marketing manager to work on campaigns in collaboration Own our best practice platform use, researching the latest technologies, upgrades etc to ensure maximum results

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Significant experience working with Hubspot Marketing and Marketing Automation Platforms Expert in setting up workflows, campaigns, integrations, and landing pages Strong understanding of customer journeys and personas Analytical skill, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Demonstrated experience in achieving ROI from marketing efforts. Self-motivated, positive attitude and clear communication skills.
