Hubspot Solutions Consultant

Remote, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

We're looking for a HubSpot Solutions Consultant to join our technical consulting team and guide mid-market companies across the US and Canada through successful HubSpot implementations. This is a delivery role where you'll serve as strategist, account manager, and technical advisor, partnering with our implementation team to ensure clients get solutions that align with sound business processes, not just shiny features.

What Makes This Role Different

You're not here to sell. You're here to deliver. Once a project kicks off, you become the client's primary strategic partner. You lead the discovery work, map and evaluate their current processes, design the future state, and stay engaged throughout delivery to ensure what gets built actually solves the right problems in the right way.

We're process-first. Before we configure a single workflow or custom property, we map how work actually flows through the organization. You'll spend significant time evaluating existing processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and designing improved processes that HubSpot then enables. Technology serves the process, not the other way around.

The agency reality: Project timelines vary, which means start dates and workload can fluctuate based on client needs. We're transparent about this because we value people who thrive in dynamic environments.

You'll Spend Your Time

Mapping and evaluating processes. Before any HubSpot configuration begins, you lead process discovery sessions. You document current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks and handoff failures, and facilitate conversations about how work should flow. This process work is foundational to everything else.

Designing future-state solutions. With a clear understanding of the business processes, you translate those into HubSpot architectures: data models, lifecycle stages, automation logic, pipeline structures, and integration requirements that support the improved processes you've designed together.

Managing the client relationship. You're the account manager throughout delivery. You own communication, manage expectations, facilitate decision-making, escalate risks early, and ensure clients feel guided and informed at every stage.

Building strategic alignment. You help clients define meaningful KPIs, measurement approaches, and rollout plans that connect HubSpot capabilities to business outcomes. You're the bridge between their strategic goals and our technical execution.

Supporting technical delivery. You work alongside our more technical implementation team members by providing strategic direction, clarifying requirements, reviewing configurations, and ensuring what's being built matches the process design and business needs.

Creating proof and clarity. When needed, you build demos or proof-of-concepts in HubSpot sandboxes to validate approaches, de-risk decisions, or help stakeholders visualize the solution before full implementation.

Documenting everything. You create and maintain solution documentation, process maps, test plans, training materials, and project artifacts. Clear documentation isn't optional. It's how we ensure quality and enable client success.

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

Process thinking. You instinctively think in workflows, handoffs, and systems. You know how to map current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes that are actually adoptable. You understand that broken processes don't get fixed by automation. They just break faster.

HubSpot depth. You know your way around all the Hubs: Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations. Workflows, custom properties, pipelines, permissions, reporting... you've configured them, debugged them, and know where the gotchas hide.

RevOps fluency. You understand how revenue operations actually works: lead lifecycle management, deal stages, SLA enforcement, ticket routing, team handoffs, and the processes that connect marketing to sales to service.

Client management skills. You've managed client relationships through delivery projects. You know how to facilitate difficult conversations, manage scope, communicate risks before they become crises, and keep projects moving forward when stakeholders disagree.

Integration experience. You've architected connections between HubSpot and other tools, whether through native integrations, middleware platforms (Zapier, Make), webhooks, or REST APIs. You know when to use which approach and can articulate the tradeoffs.

Strategic communication. You can present complex solutions to mixed audiences (technical and executive), explain technical choices in business terms, and guide clients through change management challenges.

Hands-on capability. When needed, you can build the demo, create the POC, or review technical configurations. You're strategic but not purely conceptual. You understand the technical details well enough to provide meaningful direction.

Documentation discipline. You create clear process maps, solution documentation, and project artifacts. You record concise walkthroughs, maintain organized documentation, and communicate proactively.

About Us

We're a technical consulting firm built around a core belief: great HubSpot implementations start with great processes. Technology should enable well-designed workflows, not paper over broken ones.

We're fully remote, solutions-driven, and people-focused. Our team values clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and delivering work that genuinely moves the needle for clients. We take the time to understand how businesses actually operate before we start configuring tools.

As we grow, we're looking for people who bring both technical depth and the strategic thinking to guide clients through meaningful operational transformation.
