We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing HR systems, sourcing and supporting employee relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Duties
Manage and maintain HRIS system platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support recruitment processes through data entry, applicant tracking, and utilisation of system and other social media management tools for talent acquisition.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation and system setup.
Coordinate employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation with attention to detail.
Facilitate communication between departments regarding HR policies, updates, and organisational changes.
Managing high volume sites internally with submission of time sheets and ensurancing clients send back signed off and are happy
Provide administrative support for HR projects, including report generation and data analysis.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation.
Experience
Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
Demonstrable administrative experience within a human resources environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and managing employee information securely.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise across teams and external partners.
Knowledge of social media management for professional purposes is advantageous.
Prior exposure to HR software such as Workday or PeopleSoft will be considered an asset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
