The Role
We're seeking a confident and capable HR Business Partner to join our remote team. This is a hands-on role where you'll
lead on employee relations cases
, build strong partnerships with managers, and take ownership of
HR data and reporting
to drive evidence-based decisions.
We need someone who can
hit the ground running,
a trusted advisor who can balance the day-to-day handling of ER cases with proactive HR initiatives that strengthen our teams and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinaries, absence, performance).
Provide managers with clear, consistent, and compliant HR advice.
Build strong relationships with managers to influence people decisions.
Produce HR reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations.
Identify people trends and support workforce planning.
Contribute to training, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Full UK driving licence, with access to own vehicle and business insurance.
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
Solid experience in handling complex ER cases from start to finish.
Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Confident working independently in a remote environment.
