We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
Ensure compliance with all
UK employment legislation
,
union regulations
, and internal HR policies.
Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance improvement, and workplace investigations.
Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency in people practices and alignment with group HR strategy.
Drive strategic HR initiatives across verticals including real estate, asset management, and other business units under the holding structure.
Collaborate with business leaders on change management, organisational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to improve decision-making and business performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum3-4 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in the UK, preferably in real estate, investment holding
Strong understanding of UK employment law, employee relations, and trade union dynamics.
Proven track record in supporting leadership teams and managing complex employee relations cases.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with a strong personality and professional presence.
