We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at the Haymarket Hotel. In this pivotal role, you will also provide support to our Head Office, overseeing a full range of people-related activities while championing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

This is a full time on-site role based in the West End of London.




Responsibilities:




Oversee and manage the HR and recruitment functions for Haymarket Hotel. Partner with key stakeholders, building trusted relationships and providing expert HR advice. Support and implement HR and recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives. Ensure policies and processes are consistent across the group, working closely with the wider HR team. Lead on employee relations matters (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, etc.). Coach and support managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment and selection process. Champion training and development opportunities, ensuring compliance and consistency. Manage HR administration including onboarding, contracts, reports, and employee milestones. Act as the on-site HR systems expert. Keep up to date with HR legislation, proactively advising on any changes that may impact the business.

What you Need:




CIPD qualified (or working towards) - desirable. Previous HR experience within hospitality, luxury, or customer-focused industries. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills. Resilient, solutions-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations with confidence. Passionate about people, engagement, and creating a culture where teams can thrive. A natural relationship-builder, able to influence and collaborate at all levels. Enthusiastic, approachable, and a role model for our company values.
