If so, Torque has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our growing HR team.

About the Role



As a HR Advisor at Torque, you'll be a trusted partner to managers and employees across the business. You'll provide expert advice on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practice, while supporting a positive workplace culture.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll balance day-to-day HR support with driving initiatives that make Torque an even better place to work.

What You'll Do



> Advise managers on HR matters, including absence, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, and capability.

> Ensure compliance with employment law and fair application of HR policies.

> Support and communicate family-friendly policies (maternity, paternity, flexible working, etc.).

> Partner with managers to deliver recruitment end-to-end: advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

> Deliver engaging HR inductions and ensure new hires are set up for success.

> Assist with workplace adjustments, risk assessments, and employee well-being support.

> Coach and develop managers to build people capability.

> Provide HR administration support, including ER casework documentation and note-taking.

> Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve culture, engagement, and succession planning.

What We're Looking For



> CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).

> 1+ years' experience in an HR Advisor role.

> Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

> Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

> Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused.

> Flexible with the ability to work across multiple sites (driving licence required).

Pay: 33,000.00-37,000.00 per year
