This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a proactive and high-quality HR service across the firm.

The Role

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will:


Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and escalate complex issues to HR Managers. Support the delivery of the firm's HR strategy and initiatives. Provide guidance to line managers on HR policies and best practices. Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues. Ensure compliance with statutory leave legislation and processes. Collect and prepare monthly payroll information with accuracy and confidentiality. Update employee relations trackers and liaise with compliance teams.

The Candidate

The ideal Human Resources Advisor will have:


Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role within a professional services environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications. CIPD qualification. Knowledge of current employment law and HR best practices.
