The Role



Lemon is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented People Advisor to support our HR function. This role is key to ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and align with legislation and best practice. You'll play a hands-on role in employee relations, policy implementation, and process adherence, supporting the wider business with consistent, compliant HR guidance.

What You'll Be Doing:



Ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with employment legislation. Providing first-line advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters including absence, conduct, performance, and grievance. Supporting the management of employee relations cases with a strong focus on compliance, process adherence and employee experience. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of internal HR processes and systems, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and efficient. Supporting the HR team with accurate and timely data management, maintaining HR records in line with GDPR and company standards. Producing reports and identifying trends to help drive continuous improvement in HR processes. Assisting in internal audits and helping maintain our ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards

Hours/Salary Information:



We are looking for candidates who are available to work between 30 and 37.5 hours per week. The exact contracted hours can be discussed during the interview to ensure the best fit. Competitive salary between 32,500 and 37,500 per annum (FTE)

What We're Looking For:



A strong foundation in HR with practical experience supporting policy and process delivery. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. A detail-focused approach, with a commitment to process accuracy and consistency. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and support managers and employees.
