We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Human Resources Assistant to join the Trust, based in Sheffield, to work as part of the existing Northern Human Resources team with responsibility for administrative HR functions across Trust sites. With the Trust rapidly growing, this is an exciting time to join us and become part of our team.
As part of a larger Trust Human Resources service, you will be responsible for the undertaking of:
Routine administrative duties
Inputting of data onto computer-based systems
Conducting vetting checks for all new staff in line with external regulators and Trust policy
Maintenance of the human resources filing systems
Collation of all recruitment and equality and diversity data
Experience or a keen interest in the Human Resources function as well as excellent administration and communication skills is a must.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential for this role. Knowledge of educational and/or care recruitment and pre-employment checks would be advantageous.
