Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.



Responsibilities include:



Provide a full recruitment service to the company including: advertising of all vacancies, organising interviews, issuing employment offer letters and daily updating of the recruitment tracker.

Organise and deliver HR onboarding sessions for all new starters, completing all necessary paperwork and filing accordingly.

Assist in organising agency staff as and when required.

Support internal and external enquiries and requests relating to the HR department in a timely manner.

Advise colleagues on company policies.

Support the HR Advisors in:

o Submission of half annual HR data for Director Reports.

o Updating job descriptions and job adverts.

o Attending ER case meetings, taking notes and submitting minutes to relevant parties thereafter.

Maintain up-to-date, accessible and accurate paper and electronic HR records, maintaining confidentiality whilst complying with GDPR.

Oversee the HR system, updating records daily.

Organise and co-ordinate all internal and external staff training, creating and maintaining relevant training records.

Managing staff uniform, in terms of ordering, maintaining stock levels and issuing to staff directly.

Keep abreast of employment legislation and HR best practice.

About you:



CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification preferred.

An excellent communicator, who builds strong positive working relationships with others.

Hard-working and self-motivated, with a positive, 'can do' attitude.

Experience working within HR.

Able to manage your own time, plan your own workload and work to deadlines, prioritising effectively.

Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail and a pride for delivering excellence consistently.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Honest, reliable and accountable in all aspects of work.

Flexible, adaptable and open to embracing change as well as the ability to facilitate change.

Confident in Microsoft office, and HR systems such as People HR.
