Overall job purpose
Under the direction of the HR Operations Manager, responsible for supporting the HR / Development Team to provide a comprehensive, effective and professional HR advisory and delivery support service to managers within the Authority's services with particular responsibilities for assigned groups of services and defined accountabilities.
The postholder will work with and support a team of HR Officers / Training Officers and may at times be required to cover additional departments/services.
