Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our Human Resources team in daily recruitment activities and administrative tasks. The HR Assistant will play a key role in scheduling, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Support the HR team in drafting offer letters and other recruitment documents.
Coordinate onboarding activities as needed.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
Ensure all documentation is handled with strict confidentiality.
Act as a liaison between HR, candidates, and other departments when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
