HR Business Partner/Manager - Part Time

St Boniface Veterinary Clinic is a small, family-run practice dedicated to providing excellent care for animals and a supportive environment for our people. We're looking for a

stand-alone HR Business Partner

to take ownership of our HR function.

This is a varied role covering everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee benefits, appraisals, and supporting managers with day-to-day HR matters. You'll also help us maintain our policies, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

What we're looking for:

Proven HR experience (Business Partner/Manager level)

Strong knowledge of UK employment law

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred

Approachable, organised, and pragmatic

Able to balance hands-on tasks with strategic HR insight
