We are seeking a people-focused

HR Business Partner

to join our team, with a strong emphasis on

recruitment

,

employee relations

, and

general HR support

. This role is pivotal in driving a positive employee experience, supporting line managers, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the business.


Experience working in a global company providing HR assistance outside of the UK is preferrable but not essential.


What you'll be doing as our HR Business Partner:




Recruitment & Talent Acquisition




Take responsibility for end-to-end recruitment processes, from job scoping and advertising to interviewing and onboarding for roles allocated to you. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

Employee Relations




Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices. Support and manage casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management. Coach and support managers in handling sensitive or complex people issues. Ensure all ER processes are compliant with employment law and internal policies.

Generalist HR Support




Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, wellbeing programmes, and diversity & inclusion efforts. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting and analytics.

What we're looking for in our HRBP:




Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Confident in managing ER casework independently. Experience in managing recruitment campaigns and working with ATS platforms. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. I understand that you want to add a new requirement to the job specification.
