About the Role



We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Hillsborough. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality operational HR services while leading strategic initiatives that support our organisational goals and values.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in employee relations and HR business partnering, with a strong ability to advise managers and employees across a range of HR matters. A background in fast-paced environments and managing large employee groups is highly desirable.



We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience supporting UK employees working in the Republic of Ireland, with a sound understanding of cross-border employment practices and legislation.



A full UK driving licence is required, and the role involves travel throughout the UK and Ireland.



Key Responsibilities



Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across the UK Maintain accurate HR records and databases for KPI reporting Liaise with Payroll regarding terms and conditions Monitor, review, and update HR policies and procedures Partner with managers to address business challenges and enhance employee engagement Manage employee relations including performance, conduct, absence, and probation (UK & ROI) Deliver People Management training as required Support the Head of HR on strategic and operational projects



Essential Requirements



Strong, proven experience in a similar HR role CIPD Level 7 qualification Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Technical understanding of HR systems and sound employment law knowledge Experience in fast-paced environments with large staff numbers Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage change effectively Full UK driving licence (travel throughout UK and Ireland required) Experience supporting UK employees working in the Republic of Ireland
