Brief Description
Provide proactive, professional HR support to HR Business Partner teams to enable the delivery of value add HR support and the people plan for the supported organisation/s.
The role will require someone with strong analytical skills, particularly with experience working with HR metrics and data as we use data to inform many of our decisions to make improvements. It will also need someone who uses their initiative to look beyond the day to day requirements and suggest options of how we can improve what we currently do that will support our client groups. Employee Relations knowledge would be helpful as well as working knowledge of HR processes and policies and how they are applied
