Job Description

On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a HR Business Partner Support (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based Cardiff 2-3 days per week.

As a HR Business Partner Support , your main responsibilities will be:



Provide proactive, professional HR support to facilitate the delivery of HR and People plans. Support Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Panning, and performance planning. Assist in Organisation Change programmes through development and Implementation Phases Offer project management Support tracking, measuring, and communicating progress. Conduct research, reporting, analysis, and produce reports to support HR initiatives Identify and develop solutions to continuously improve HR support to the business. Support and coaching for managers

Essential:

Previous HR experience in a large complex organisation Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge.(ideally Oracle)

Desirable:

CIPD
