Brief Description
We have a great opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner Support to join the ERCP HR team on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
This role can be based in York or London and whilst it can be performed on a hybrid basis, there will be an expectation to be present in the office to assist the team, so anticipate at least 3 days a week in a Network Rail office.
The HR team play a key role in supporting leadership teams achieve their goals through their people. The HR Business Partner Support proactively provide professional HR Support to the HR Business Partner team and the business to facilitate the delivery of value-added HR and the delivery of the people plans
