Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices to clients or internal teams.
Assist with workforce planning, job design, and the end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop and implement systems to monitor and enhance employee performance.
Draft and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in line with legal requirements.
Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Design and deliver training programs on leadership, compliance, DEI, and workplace behavior.
Support change management projects such as restructuring, mergers, or culture initiatives.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and HR standards.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify risks and recommend improvements.
Generate reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations based on HR data and analytics.
