We're looking for a friendly, hard-working HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources department.
To be successful you will have at least 1 year of experience working in Human Resources, have solid experience in payroll and absence reporting. Ideally, you'll have at least some familiarity with sick pay processing. As a member of the HR Team, you'll need to be able to communicate at all levels and maintain strict confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with all issues.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys a variety of duties and can work within a team to continuously improve the services we provide.
As a hybrid role, there is a requirement to work on site for at least 2 days per week, at either our Lancashire, Blackpool or Teesside location, whichever is closest to you. A valid driving licence and access to own transport would be beneficial.
Starting salary: 26,000
