ABOUT THE ROLE


In the role of Human Resources Co-ordinator, your key focus will be to:

provide an initial point and warm welcome to all colleagues produce a daily and quarterly HR newsletter collect and distribute internal and external mail prepare any letters and references colleagues may require prepare and submit the monthly payroll pack and keep all the information on Fourth system up to date maintain and update digital and traditional notice boards log all external applications and send out relevant correspondence for regret/regret hold candidates make offers to successful candidates and prepare orientation packs for all new colleagues ensure that all filing is dealt with efficiently and that filing cabinets are maintained and audited periodically organise all colleague/community/wellbeing events and assist the HR Manager in the delivery of social events

ABOUT YOU

previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential previous experience of working in hospitality is preferable excellent communication skills, both written and verbal great attention to detail strong organisation and administrative skills advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and HR/Payroll systems such as Fourth Hospitality a warm, welcoming and friendly approach
