Providence Hotels is a dynamic and rapidly expanding management company operating a diverse portfolio of hotels across the UK -- from distinctive boutique lifestyle properties to full-service branded hotels under international flags such as Accor, Marriott, and Hilton.
Headquartered in Bath, we combine operational excellence with a people-first culture that drives guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and sustainable business growth. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience and reasonable flexibility on days in office.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to lead the people strategy across our growing hotel portfolio and corporate office.
This is a pivotal role for a forward-thinking HR leader who can balance strategic oversight with a hands-on, pragmatic approach -- equally comfortable shaping organisational development initiatives and supporting day-to-day operations.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with General Managers, Brand Partners, and the Senior Leadership Team to build a high-performing, values-led culture that empowers our teams and drives exceptional guest experiences.
