SQR Security Group are looking to recruit a HR Generalist based in North West London.

We are a well-established and growing rapidly company within the Security Industry .

We are looking to recruit a diligent and well organised individual to join our Human Resources department.

Core Duties:

o? ?Employee relations issues, including any disciplinary, grievances and redundancies

o? ?Preparing and issuing HR documents such as job descriptions, contracts, policies, employee handbook etc. Plan and implement policies, procedures and practices of the HR department

o? ?Conducting interviews, developing recruitment strategy and employee engagement

o? ?Onboarding of new employees including induction and issuing contracts

o? ?Provide support and guidance to managers on HR issues.

o? ?Annual Leave requests and entitlement management, monitor absence and holidays.

Applicants must be well organised, pro-active, decisive and confident.

Excellent communication skills, strong administrative skills, including all Microsoft packages and ideally familiar with Sirenum and other resourcing software packages.
