Vivid Community Care is expanding and we are looking for an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to join our Brentford office. This is a key role for our organisation as we continue to grow and strengthen our teams across London.
About the Role
You will lead and support the HR function, ensuring our people processes run smoothly, fairly, and in line with regulations. You will work closely with senior management, guide staff, and help us build a positive, supportive working culture.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing recruitment and supporting interviews
Writing and updating job descriptions
Managing employee performance and development
Handling compliance, onboarding, and HR policies
Supporting grievance and disciplinary processes
Delivering training, induction, and HR projects
Managing staff records, handbooks, contracts, and reports
Developing retention and improvement plans
Supporting managers with employee relations
What We're Looking For
Strong HR knowledge, especially within healthcare sector
Experience managing staff and leading HR functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
Ability to work under pressure and support a busy team
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable
Previous HR experience in Health & Social Care
