Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of HR systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday. Supervise HR staff and ensure effective performance management within the team. Maintain and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Taleo. Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. Experience in supervising teams and managing performance effectively. In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment legislation. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organisational objectives.
