We're looking for an experienced and people-centred HR Manager to lead and continuously improve our human resources function. This role partners closely with leadership to build a strong workplace culture, support employee growth, and ensure HR practices align with business goals and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs
Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Lead performance review and talent development processes
Support learning, training, and professional development initiatives
Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive company culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
