Duties
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
Oversee recruitment processes, including utilisation of HRIS systems.

Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements in workforce planning and development.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all organisational operations.
Experience
Proven management experience within human resources or related fields.
Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and develop strategic insights.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
