We are looking for a proactive and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support our growing team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring our workforce remains engaged, compliant, and aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management and possess strong leadership skills.

Review HR policies and managerial practices to ensure they're supporting organizational growth and employee engagement. Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Assist site managers with time and attendance management. Join the employee forum to engage in initiatives to develop business culture. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict management and performance evaluations. Advise and help site functional heads and managers to ensure compliance with employment law. Lead training and development initiatives to foster continuous improvement and leadership succession planning.

Extensive knowledge of employment law. Proven experience in HR. Strong negotiation skills for contracts and conflict resolution. Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and diverse teams across the organization. Skilled in strategic planning, change management, and organizational design to support business objectives.
