We are looking for an experienced HR Manger to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, policies & procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Oversee staff attendance and absence management
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs and Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Maintain fair and consistent process through effective management of the investigation, Disciplinary, Grievance and Appeal Process.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide HR policy guidance
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Evaluate training programs
Suggest new HR strategies
Role model and lead the Safer Recruitment process
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Desirable experience in care sector
Team of three to directly manage and support you with HR deliverance.
External HR consultant access.

Analytical and goal oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
