We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices, including HRIS and ATS systems. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyse data to inform decision-making.
Duties
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programmes to foster a positive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals.
Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement within the organisation.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff.
Experience
Proven experience in a Human Resources management role with supervisory experience preferred.
Familiarity with HR Electronic systems, particularly involving health care facilities , is highly desirable.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
