Responsibilities:
The HR Manager role offers a real opportunity to support our people agenda within our ACI division.
This role oversees all aspects of HR including renumeraton, recruitment, learning and development,employment law compliance and employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities:Implementation of annual Amcor policies including performance management, pay and compliance programmes
Lead recruitment efforts and on boarding
Support change management
Maintain systems with up-to-date employee information
Support training and development activities
Implement Amcor policies in line with site agreements
Provide advice and support to managers on all HR issues.
Ensure a proactive approach to HR requirements.
Support group initiatives.
Contribute to a proactive communications strategy to all employees.
Improve skill levels by working with key stakeholders
Manage all employee relations case work across the sites.
Support the payroll preparation.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified. With experience of HR best practice in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial as is having a good understanding of employment law.
Applicants must be 'hands on', resilient, creative and have a track record of problem solving and change management.
Candidates must have the professional competency and influencing skills to win the confidence of the management team and the ambition to develop further.
