Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic

Human Resources Manager (18.5 hours per week,

Salary:

39,862 - 46,142 pa, pro rata for part-time hours)

to lead all HR functions with vision and impact.

In this role, you'll:

Shape and deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned with Hailsham Town Council's objectives. Provide expert guidance on employment law and ensure full compliance. Champion employee development and wellbeing to create a thriving workplace.

Qualifications and experience

CIPD Qualified Human Resources Manager, with a minimum Level 5 qualification in HR focus (as opposed to Learning and Development) Detailed knowledge of current employment legislation Proven Human Resources Management experience Ability to lead, inspire, encourage collaboration and making assertive decisions Ability to provide guidance and advice to enable, motivate and develop staff
